    This is one of the best examples of a slow burn/forbidden romance that I’ve read in a while. The relationship isn’t exactly what I would call healthy, but the characters aren’t meant to be perfect and if you’re okay with that you’ll enjoy it. Majority of this first book is focused almost entirely on the romance so the plotline develops very slowly.
